• EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

Products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of sale.

The product is in its original condition, unused, free from perfume or body odor, with all labels and barcodes.

Products are determined by technical/manufacturing defects of the Production Department.

Products must be returned with a purchase invoice and a VIP card (if using a VIP card when making a purchase).

Products are used and stored in accordance with the company’s instructions on use and preservation of products.

  • CASES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OF GOODS:

In all cases of non-compliance with the Company’s exchange conditions: the right to decide to exchange goods belongs to CHANCOS.

  • PRICE REGULATIONS ON EXCHANGE:

If the new product has a higher price than the exchanged product: Customer compensates for the difference.

If the new product has a lower price than the exchanged product: the change will be converted into a deposit for the next purchase. Customer does not receive money back.
